Support students’ educational experiences by stepping into an engaging paraprofessional role. Work alongside dedicated educators, assisting teachers with day-to-day classroom activities and providing valuable support to students. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within educational settings
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, teachers, and staff
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting student development
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate to enhance learning opportunities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and the implementation of instructional activities
• Provide individualized support to students, reinforcing lessons and helping clarify material
• Support students with diverse learning needs, including those requiring extra attention
• Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, recess, and transitions between classes
• Administer and support classroom materials and resources as directed by teaching staff
• Contribute to a safe and welcoming classroom atmosphere every day
