Soliant is hiring a dedicated Paraprofessional for a full-time, onsite position at an elementary school in La Conner, WA for the 2026–2027 school year!
We’re looking for compassionate professionals with experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who are passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and behaviorally. If you have experience as an ABA therapist, behavioral technician, paraeducator, or in a similar role, we’d love to hear from you!
Position Details
- Pay: $26–$31/hour
- Schedule: Full-time, approximately 35 hours/week
- Setting: Elementary school
- Contract: 2026–2027 school year
- Start: ASAP
Requirements
- Associate degree or Paraprofessional Certification
- Experience working with children with ASD, including ABA or behavioral support experience
- Reliable transportation
- Passion for supporting students and working as part of a school team
