What You'll Bring:

• Current GaPSC Paraprofessional Educator Certificate, or completion of the Para GACE exam, or an Associate’s degree required
• Experience in special education or ABA is highly valued
• Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for supporting students with various special education needs
• Willingness and ability to assist with activities of daily living, including toileting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Work alongside lead teachers to support individualized instruction and engagement
• Assist students with special educational needs, offering both academic and personal care support
• Help implement behavior and learning strategies tailored to each student
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Maintain progress notes and contribute to team meetings as needed
