Exciting full-time contract opportunities are available in both elementary and middle school environments, providing meaningful one-on-one assistance to students who benefit from personalized academic and behavioral support.

Openings include:

• Newfound Elementary (Bristol, NH): Work closely with an elementary student, focusing on helping them regulate emotions and stay engaged with classroom learning activities.
• Newfound Regional Middle School: Support a middle school student with their behavioral plan, providing guidance and encouragement to promote positive choices and steady academic progress.

Both positions run from the current date through June 17, 2027, with schedules set from 8:00am to 2:30pm (elementary) and 8:00am to 2:40pm (middle school), offering approximately 32.5–33.5 hours per week. These roles do not include toileting duties, allowing you to focus on behavior, academic engagement, and individualized support.

Ideal candidates possess:

• NH Paraeducator I or II credentials
• Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Energy and compassion to assist students with behavioral and engagement needs
• Previous paraprofessional experience (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teaching staff and school teams

Responsibilities will include:

• Working 1:1 with your assigned student throughout the school day
• Implementing learning strategies and behavioral interventions
• Supporting social-emotional growth and classroom engagement
• Encouraging independence while providing appropriate support
• Documenting student progress and collaborating in meetings as needed
