Soliant Education is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated School-Based Paraprofessional to support students at Western Wayne School District in Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania! This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about education and helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities

Assist teachers with daily classroom instruction and learning activities.

Provide individualized support to students as needed.

Help implement lesson plans and classroom management strategies.

Support students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional development.

Assist with maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school personnel.

Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the instructional team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience working with children or students is preferred.

Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus.

Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.

Must meet applicable Pennsylvania school employment requirements and background clearance requirements.
