These on-site roles begin September 1, 2026, and continue through June 3, 2027—perfect for both local candidates and experienced travelers seeking a rewarding assignment.

Open Positions:

• Special Education Paraprofessional (Setting IV): 7 hours/day, 35 hours/week
• General Education Paraprofessional: 6.75 hours/day, 33.75 hours/week

Key Qualifications:

• Either an Associate's degree or Paraeducator certification
• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional in school settings highly valued
• Adaptable and reliable, with strong organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated passion for supporting the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students
• Willingness to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families in a dynamic school environment
• Ability to commute to or reside in the Red Wing area

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers and specialists in implementing daily lessons and learning activities
• Support students with individual needs, accommodating a variety of learning styles
• Help ensure the classroom environment remains safe and supportive
• Facilitate communication between students and instructional staff
• Contribute to the overall development of students within general or special education settings as assigned
