Support student success as a contract paraprofessional with a focus on virtual SPED facilitation. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional in a K–12 environment preferred
• Understanding of special education processes and IEP documentation
• Proficient with virtual classroom platforms and basic educational technology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and educators in a remote setting
• Patience, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary coursework in education is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers and staff in the virtual classroom
