Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role

• Ability to assist with toileting and personal care routines as needed
• Confidence in managing or redirecting behavioral challenges in a positive, professional manner

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with special education teachers and staff to provide individualized, hands-on support to students
• Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of certified staff
• Assist with activities of daily living, including toileting and personal hygiene, promoting student dignity and independence
• Help with classroom organization, instructional materials, and supervised activities to encourage each student’s progress
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment every day
