Soliant is seeking a Behavior Tech to join a supportive school district near Lancaster, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is part-time, and is ideal for an RBT who enjoys working directly with students and collaborating with school-based special education and behavioral teams.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and/or small-group behavioral support to students
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA-based strategies
Collect and document behavioral data
Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals
Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff
Support students throughout the school day as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience working with children or students with behavioral needs preferred
School-based or special education experience is a plus
Strong communication, patience, and behavior-management skills
