Qualifications/Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or instructional aide preferred
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and assisting with classroom activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or paraprofessional certification a plus

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom management

• Monitor student progress and offer feedback under guidance of certified teachers
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
