Position dates run from August 25, 2026, through June 4, 2027, and the position starts as soon as possible to provide continuity of care for a dedicated student. The site is conveniently located near Lansdale, PA, with the assigned student attending a school near Media, PA.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or Behavioral Technician in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of behavioral intervention strategies and positive behavior supports.
• Ability to work one-on-one with students who require behavioral or emotional assistance.
• Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills with teachers, staff, and families.
• Flexibility to adapt to varied student needs and changing situations within a classroom environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and fostering a supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support for a student with behavioral needs throughout the school day.
