Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, or classroom assistant is highly valued
• Passion for helping children succeed academically and socially
• Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with students, teachers, and families
• Adaptable and collaborative, with a flexible approach to changing student needs
• Patience, positivity, and the ability to maintain a supportive classroom atmosphere
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students requiring extra guidance
• Help foster a nurturing learning environment throughout the school day
• Support classroom management and uphold school policies
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess as needed
