Key Responsibilities:

• Foster an inclusive and encouraging environment that promotes student participation
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the lead teacher or program supervisor
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, both inside and outside the classroom
• Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere throughout the ESY renewal period
