This full-time contract opportunity (32.5 hours per week) offers the chance to work directly with students in a variety of important roles, including one-on-one and classroom-based support settings. Positions are available in both lower and upper school programs, as well as specialized classrooms supporting students with unique behavioral or learning needs.

Your expertise as a Paraprofessional will help students access their curriculum, build confidence, and thrive in school. Whether assisting in a substantially separate classroom, a resource room, or providing targeted support as a program assistant, your guidance will make a real impact.

Key Positions Available:

• 1:1 paraprofessionals (multiple roles across programs)
• Program assistants (lower school, upper school, resource room, CHOICES program for students with behaviors)
• Support for a substantially separate classroom

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role
• Ability to collaborate with certified teachers and follow individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, reliability, and a passion for helping students succeed
• Flexibility to work with diverse student populations and adapt to changing classroom needs

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting students during instruction and activities
• Assisting with classroom management and organization
• Providing individualized support, both academically and behaviorally
