Special Education Paraprofessional in Lebanon, NH

A full-time paraprofessional position is available in a school setting in Lebanon, NH, from ASAP through June 2026. This contract role involves working closely with a high school student with autism, providing specialized educational support throughout the school year.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, specifically discrete trial training.
• Supporting behavioral interventions to assist the student’s learning and social development.
• Collaborating closely with teachers and other school staff to create a positive and inclusive educational environment.
• Monitoring and documenting student progress and behavioral data.
• Adapting strategies as needed based on student responses and educational goals.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in schools as a paraprofessional is required.
• Demonstrated background in ABA methods, especially discrete trial interventions and behavior management.
