Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting

- Ability to deliver academic support while encouraging self-advocacy
- Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 support to a high school student throughout the school day
- Assist with classroom assignments, organization, and daily routines
- Reinforce strategies outlined in the student’s academic plans
- Model positive behaviors and social interactions while helping to build self-confidence
- Maintain regular, clear communication with teaching staff regarding progress and challenges
- Ensure the student’s safety and wellbeing in various school settings
