Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience working in school settings (preferred and given priority)
- Demonstrated ability to support students with a range of needs, including behavioral, developmental, and academic challenges
- Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability within dynamic educational environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or training are a plus
