Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience working in school settings (preferred and given priority)
• Demonstrated ability to support students with a range of needs, including behavioral, developmental, and academic challenges
• Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability within dynamic educational environments
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or training are a plus
