We’re seeking multiple dedicated individuals to work across various classrooms, with assignments spanning from kindergarten to 12th grade. Contract positions are available for the 2026-2027 school year, providing you an opportunity to work in specialized classroom environments that include Lifeskills, Autism (SAILS), Behavior (BSC), and High-Incidence support settings.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in school settings—this will be a priority during the hiring process. Interviews with our recruitment partner will help match you with a classroom and caseload that aligns with your skills and preferences.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a paraprofessional in educational settings, preferably within schools
• Familiarity or comfort working in any of the following environments: Lifeskills, Autism spectrum (SAILS), Behavioral support (BSC), and High-Incidence support classrooms
• Flexibility to support K-12 students as needed
• Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills
• Passion for assisting students with various learning and behavioral needs

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting students individually or in small groups according to their education plans
• Assisting with implementation of instructional and behavioral support strategies
• Collaborating with teachers, specialists, and team members to foster a positive learning environment
• Promoting student independence and social-emotional growth
• Maintaining accurate records and following district policies
