Key Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of relevant paraprofessional or classroom support experience required
• Familiarity with K-12 school settings preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Help implement modifications, accommodations, and individualized learning plans
• Encourage student participation and foster social and academic development
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities following school protocols
