Your responsibilities will include direct support for students with behavioral needs, following Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and assisting with classroom or 1:1 roles. Work assignments are managed conveniently through the Spindle app, where you select shifts as openings arise.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current active substitute or paraprofessional certificate for Missouri (DESE); applicants in the process of certification are welcome if credentials are active before the start date
• Prior experience in school settings, especially supporting students with behavioral challenges
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting per district requirements
• Flexibility to work across elementary, middle, and high school schedules as needed
• Ability to support toileting and personal care as required
• Technological proficiency to utilize scheduling and communication apps
