Key Qualifications:
- Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) is essential
- Previous experience working with elementary students is highly valued

- No EIPA credential required for this role
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ASL interpretation and behavioral support to an elementary-aged student throughout the school day
- Facilitate effective communication between the student, teachers, and peers
- Assist with classroom activities, assignments, and transitions to help encourage participation and engagement
- Implement the student’s individualized education plan under the guidance of the classroom teacher and special education staff
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
