• Familiarity with behavior support strategies and adapting methods for diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with daily lesson activities and classroom management
• Provide support to individual students or small groups as directed
• Reinforce learning concepts introduced by the teacher
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to instructional staff
• Help supervise students in varied settings (classroom, hallways, playground, etc.)
