Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma required; candidates must be able to provide a transcript upon request
• Previous experience working in a school setting is essential
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers and staff
• A passion for helping adolescents succeed academically, socially, and emotionally
• Ability to manage groups, support instruction, and address the diverse needs of students

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with lesson implementation, classroom management, and student engagement
• Support students individually or in small groups, providing academic and behavioral assistance as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families when appropriate
• Perform assigned duties both in and outside of the classroom, contributing to the everyday operations of the school
