Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a related instructional support role is preferred

• Ability to adapt to a variety of learning styles and needs, following teacher guidance and program requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification as a paraprofessional is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in providing instructional and behavioral support to students
• Support students individually or in small groups, helping with assignments and reinforcing lesson materials
• Help maintain an organized, engaging, and safe learning environment
• Supervise students in various settings, such as the classroom, playground, or lunchroom, while ensuring their well-being
• Contribute to implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and other learning plans as directed
• Communicate effectively with teachers and support staff regarding student progress and needs
