Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or general education teacher preferred

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers and students in day-to-day learning activities
• Assist with lesson implementation, individualized education programs (IEPs), and behavior plans
• Foster inclusive and engaging classroom environments
• Provide one-on-one and small group support as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and district staff to enhance student learning outcomes
• Participate in training and professional development
