Teacher's Aide - Londonderry, New Hampshire

Make a meaningful difference working as a 1:1 Paraeducator supporting a 4th-grade student. This contract opportunity near Londonderry, NH offers both part-time (Monday–Wednesday) and full-time (Monday–Friday, with travel between two sites) schedules for the upcoming school year. Work closely with a student who benefits from a structured, firm, and supportive approach, helping her build essential skills for greater independence within a nurturing learning environment.

What we’re seeking:

• Minimum of a high school diploma (Paraeducator Certification, Associate Degree, or Praxis preferred)
• Demonstrated experience providing 1:1 support, especially for students with behavioral or social-emotional needs
• Proven ability to maintain a firm, authoritative presence with clear boundaries
• Strong skills in behavior management and fostering student growth and independence
• Positive, collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with school staff
• Reliable, flexible, and adaptable to changing school needs and schedules

In this role, you will:

• Work directly 1:1 with a 4th-grade female student, offering consistent structure and guidance throughout each day
• Implement behavior support and data collection strategies, following by school protocols and student plans
• Reinforce social and academic skills, helping the student achieve greater independence
• Communicate progress and needs with teachers and support teams
• Adapt to two school locations if accepting a full-time schedule
