Registered Behavior Technician - Longmont, CO

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or completion of RBT initial training preferred
• Multiple years of classroom experience working with students requiring intensive behavioral support
• Active CDE or COOL license
• Experience as a paraprofessional working with K-12 students
• Flexibility and adaptability to float between schools as needs arise
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral support services to students in a K-12 setting
• Implement individualized strategies and interventions under supervision of school staff
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to promote student success
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data for designated students
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Adjust approaches for diverse student needs throughout multiple school campuses
