What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or completion of RBT initial training preferred
- Multiple years of classroom experience working with students requiring intensive behavioral support
- Active CDE or COOL license
- Experience as a paraprofessional working with K-12 students
- Flexibility and adaptability to float between schools as needs arise
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral support services to students in a K-12 setting
- Implement individualized strategies and interventions under supervision of school staff
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to promote student success
- Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data for designated students
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Adjust approaches for diverse student needs throughout multiple school campuses
