Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis and IEP/behavior support plan protocols
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities with staff, students, and families
  • Patience, adaptability, and a true passion for helping children reach their potential

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support instructional and behavioral goals for students with specialized needs, both one-on-one and in group settings
