As a Paraprofessional, you will work closely with teachers and students, assisting with daily classroom activities and providing essential support for individualized education plans. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
• Familiarity with supporting students across diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Ability to follow teacher directions and implement individualized education plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships
• High level of patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working in schools
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred but not required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organization, and instruction
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students, reinforcing learning concepts
• Help manage classroom behavior and foster a positive, welcoming environment
• Support students with special needs according to their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Supervise students during class activities, breaks, and transitions
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to address student needs and track progress
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
