Teacher's Aide - Lowell, Massachusetts

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar school support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist in classroom management and instructional support
• Familiarity with educational tools and adaptive technologies is a plus
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, staff, and students

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students, individually and in small groups
• Assist teachers with classroom preparation, activities, and organization
• Support students with diverse learning needs to ensure an inclusive setting
• Encourage student engagement and positive behavior
• Help implement lesson plans under direction of licensed educators
• Contribute to a respectful and productive classroom environment
