Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional in schools, especially in special education or developmental settings
• Familiar with supporting students who have varying developmental needs
• Proven ability to follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and classroom routines
• Strong communication skills with students, teachers, and parents or caregivers
• Patience, empathy, and an adaptable approach to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and encouragement to students during instructional and non-instructional activities
• Implement teacher-led plans, help reinforce learning concepts, and assist with classroom management
