Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or teaching assistant in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity with supporting both general education and special education classrooms
• Strong communication, patience, and organizational abilities
• Ability to follow instructions and implement teacher-directed plans
• Comfortable assisting with classroom management and activities
• High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework in education is a plus)
• Background check clearance as required by local guidelines

Core Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with instructional and non-instructional tasks
• Assist students during lessons, small groups, and individual activities
