This contract opportunity welcomes Paraprofessionals, Behavior Aides, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are committed to making a difference in the lives of boys receiving round-the-clock care. The center maintains a close-knit environment, typically serving between 11-15 boys at any given time, which allows for meaningful connections and personalized guidance.

Candidates must be comfortable with flexible scheduling, as many shifts fall outside a traditional school day—including weekends and some overnight shifts. Consistency and reliability are essential, as staff coverage directly impacts the boys’ well-being and day-to-day support.

Key Qualifications:

• One of the following credentials: Paraprofessional certification, experience as a behavior aide, or RBT credential
• Experience working 1:1 with children or adolescents in behavioral, special education, or therapeutic settings
• Strong commitment to reliability; able to consistently fulfill scheduled shifts without frequent absences
• Comfort working in an all-boys residential care setting
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, especially weekends and late/evening shifts

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students with high behavioral needs within a structured, supportive environment
• Collaborate with center staff to implement behavior plans and support crisis interventions
• Foster positive, therapeutic relationships and encourage skill-building
• Ensure safety and well-being of boys through active engagement during shifts
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with colleagues

Available shifts include a traditional school-day (7am–3pm), 8am–8pm overnights, and weekend blocks (Saturday 8am–10pm; Sunday hours vary based on your availability). Rolling submissions are accepted—your availability will be matched to the center’s evolving needs.
