Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering instruction and implementing individualized learning plans.
- Support students with daily activities, routines, and transitions throughout the school day.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Engage students with hands-on activities that promote social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Help manage classroom materials and set up learning centers.
- Assist with classroom management and positive behavior reinforcement.
- Ensure accurate documentation of student progress and maintain confidentiality.
