Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional in an educational setting, ideally with preschool or early childhood students.

• Compassion, patience, and creativity in engaging young students at varying developmental stages.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting classroom activities and routines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in education or child development are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering instruction and implementing individualized learning plans.
• Support students with daily activities, routines, and transitions throughout the school day.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Engage students with hands-on activities that promote social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Help manage classroom materials and set up learning centers.
• Assist with classroom management and positive behavior reinforcement.
• Ensure accurate documentation of student progress and maintain confidentiality.
