Key Qualifications:

• Must meet one of the following:
  • Pass the Minnesota Board Highly Qualified Para Educator Exam
  • Provide proof of at least 60 college credits (official transcripts required)
• Required: Resume and highly qualified document (transcripts or passing exam score) at time of application
• Previous paraprofessional or educational support experience preferred
• Flexible, compassionate, and committed to helping with all classroom and student needs
• Open to working at the preferred school location (candidates must specify their desired site)

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students under teacher supervision
• Assist with academic, behavioral, and social activities
• Support students with special needs, including personal care and toileting
• Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate effectively with instructional and support teams
