Key Qualifications:

• Must be highly qualified under Minnesota requirements – either by passing the MN Para Educator Examination or having completed at least 60 college credits (transcripts required for verification)
• Resume and proof of qualification are mandatory for consideration
• Willingness to assist with toileting and provide comprehensive support to students
• Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and a passion for creating an inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom activities, individual and group instruction, and student supervision
• Support students with academic, social, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive and effective educational experience
• Assist with daily routines, which may include toileting or personal care support
