Several vacancies are available across different campuses, each offering collaborative environments where your dedication will make a meaningful difference. Roles begin around August 31, 2026, and run through November 29, 2026, with the potential to transition to a direct hire at the end of the 90-day contracting period. Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule totaling 32.5 hours per week.

Your ability to provide academic and behavioral support, assist with daily routines (including toileting support), and communicate effectively with both students and staff are essential in this role. Each school site features its own team and environment; be sure to specify the location you are most interested in when applying.

Qualifications:

  • Highly qualified status verified by one of the following (required for consideration):
    • Passing score on the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam/Para Educator Exam
    • At least 60 college credits (official transcripts required—photos or diplomas do not suffice)
  • Resume and highly qualified documentation must be submitted to be considered
  • Experience working with high school students is preferred
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist with toileting and other support tasks
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom instruction and facilitate student participation
  • Implement behavioral and academic interventions under teacher direction
  • Provide personal care and assistance to students as needed
  • Collaborate with educational staff and participate in team meetings
  • Uphold school safety and confidentiality protocols
