Your ability to provide academic and behavioral support, assist with daily routines (including toileting support), and communicate effectively with both students and staff are essential in this role. Qualifications:

• Highly qualified status verified by one of the following (required for consideration):
  • Passing score on the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam/Para Educator Exam
  • At least 60 college credits (official transcripts required—photos or diplomas do not suffice)
• Resume and highly qualified documentation must be submitted to be considered
• Experience working with high school students is preferred
• Flexibility and willingness to assist with toileting and other support tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction and facilitate student participation
• Implement behavioral and academic interventions under teacher direction
• Provide personal care and assistance to students as needed
• Collaborate with educational staff and participate in team meetings
