Rather than direct classroom work, your main focus will be on supporting special education processes: organizing student files, handling testing protocols, gathering observation data, composing reports, and maintaining records. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- One of the following: a passing score on the MN Para Educator Exam or at least 60 completed college credits (official college transcripts required)
- Highly organized and able to manage high-volume, detail-oriented tasks
- Prior experience as a paraprofessional or within special education settings preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with special education team members to facilitate evaluation processes
- Purge and organize student files and testing protocols
- Complete detailed observation notes and data write-ups
- Coordinate movement and storage of confidential documentation across schools
- Adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic caseload
Pay for this contract role is $20 per hour.
