Ideal qualifications:

• Meets Minnesota’s Highly Qualified Paraprofessional requirements by: • Passing the MN Board Paraprofessional Exam (Parapro or ParaEducator)
  • Or completing at least 60 college credits (transcript required; diploma or degree certificate not accepted)
• Experience working with elementary-aged children is highly valued
• Demonstrates a nurturing, patient, and collaborative spirit
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Ability to assist with classroom activities, provide one-on-one support, and adapt to the unique needs of each child

Role responsibilities:

• Support teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation
• Work one-on-one or in small groups, adapting instructional strategies as needed
• Help students with academic or behavioral goals
