Soliant is excited to partner with a forward-thinking school district near Marnia, California. We’re on the lookout for passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for the 2026-27 school year.
About the Position:

• Role: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Location: Marnia, California area
• Pay Range: $29 - $33 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Hours: 32 - 35 hours per week
• Caseload: 1:1 support for students
• Start Date: August 2026

Qualifications:

• RBT Certification: Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician.
• Experience: Previous experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral needs is preferred.
• Passion: A genuine desire to help students succeed and thrive.
