• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar support role within schools
• Enthusiasm for working with students with exceptional needs (ESN)
• Comfortable utilizing technology to assist with virtual speech sessions
• Strong communication skills with both students and staff
• Ability to print materials, set up computers, and offer in-session support
• Dependable team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative work environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Safely bring assigned students to and from their virtual speech therapy sessions
• Prepare and organize session materials, including printing and distributing resources
• Provide in-session support, reinforcing instructions and ensuring students stay engaged
• Actively collaborate with speech-language specialists, teachers, and other paras
• Support individualized education goals, adapting assistance as needed on a case-by-case basis
