Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience as a classroom or 1:1 paraprofessional in a school setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with K-12 educational environments

• Ability to implement teacher directives, support students with varying needs, and promote an inclusive environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or paraprofessional certification is a plus
