This contract opportunity runs from August 18, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with full-time weekday hours. You'll serve as a Paraprofessional, assisting pre-K through 12th-grade students—primarily in private schools within the area. Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with students in schools, particularly those exhibiting mild to moderate behavioral needs
• Comfortable assisting both younger and older children, including providing toileting support as needed
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying classroom environments and changing daily routines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate approach to student development

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group support to students ranging from pre-K through 12th grade
• Assist with classroom management, redirection, and implementing individualized behavior interventions
• Support teachers and educational staff with instructional activities and lesson reinforcement
• Provide hands-on help to younger children, including bathroom assistance when necessary
• Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing learning environment for all students
