Instructional Assistant - Mebane, North Carolina

Make a meaningful impact supporting students from pre-K through 12th grade as a contracted paraprofessional throughout the 2026-2027 school year. Key qualifications and desired experience:

• Ability to adapt to shifting caseloads and classroom environments, including various private schools and age groups from pre-K through 12th grade

Primary responsibilities:

• Offer direct support and encouragement to students within classroom, small group, and individual settings
• Monitor, model, and reinforce positive behavior in line with educator guidance
• Support teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments
• Assist with toileting and personal care needs as needed for younger children
• Report observations and track student progress as directed
