Paraeducator in Medina, OH

This full-time K-12 Paraprofessional position offers an excellent opportunity to support student learning and contribute to a positive educational environment in the Cleveland, OH area. Working approximately 32-35 hours per week, this role is suited for individuals passionate about helping students succeed in a dynamic school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional support to students across various grade levels
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs or learning challenges
• Help maintain a safe and productive classroom environment
• Support classroom management and facilitate student engagement
• Assist with clerical tasks and preparation of instructional materials as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role preferred
