Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paraprofessional in an educational setting

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to lead teachers in daily classroom activities, ensuring an inclusive and supportive atmosphere
• Assist students individually and in small groups to reinforce lessons and foster academic growth

• Monitor student progress and behavior, intervening as necessary and reporting on key observations
• Collaborate with educators and staff to create a positive learning environment
