Instructional Assistant - Merrimack, New Hampshire

Embark on a meaningful contract role supporting middle school students in a vibrant educational setting near Merrimack, NH. This position plays a key role in fostering student growth and learning, working one-on-one with both a 5th grade student requiring toileting assistance and a 7th grade student needing behavior support. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through June 11, 2027, offering a consistent 35-hour workweek.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, especially within school environments
• Strong understanding of middle school developmental needs
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting student success
• Experience with toileting care and/or behavior support is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and team members
