Required Skills & Experience:
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Active Arizona Special Education Teaching License or Certificate
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school environment preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with compliance standards, IEPs, and evaluation processes
Role Highlights:
- Full-time, onsite position—virtual placements are not available
- Guide the development, implementation, and assessment of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Manage the referral and evaluation process; coordinate and conduct placement and review conferences
- Foster collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams, school administrators, and parents or guardians
- Support staff development and curriculum coordination efforts within the designated caseload
- Ensure adherence to state and district special education policies
