• Program Assistants in substantially separate and resource room settings
• Paraprofessionals for students in specialized behavioral programs

Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Paraprofessional or in a similar support role within a school environment
• Ability to collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff members
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and patience with children of varying needs and backgrounds
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and classroom dynamics
• Experience with behavioral interventions or supporting students with special needs is highly valued

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized or small group support to students, assisting with academic work and social integration
• Implement strategies and interventions designed by teachers or specialists
• Support students in following daily routines and meeting individualized education goals
• Utilize positive behavior support techniques as needed
• Assist with classroom organization, instructional materials, and maintaining a supportive atmosphere
