PCA (Personal Care Assistant)

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support students in a school-based setting.

Position Details:

• Full-Time (35 hours per week)
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• School-based assignment
• Contract Dates: 08/24/2026 – 06/10/2027

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with daily needs
• Assist with classroom routines and transitions
• Support teachers and staff in maintaining a safe, structured environment
• Help implement individualized care and behavior plans as needed
• Encourage student independence and engagement

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children preferred
• Patient, dependable, and supportive demeanor
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• School or healthcare support experience a plus
