Paraprofessionals/Instructional Aides: K-5 | Multiple Openings

Looking to make a meaningful impact in education? Soliant is hiring 10 full-time Paraprofessionals/Instructional Aides to support elementary students during the 2026-2027 school year in Mill Valley, CA. These are excellent opportunities for compassionate, dependable professionals who enjoy working with children and helping students succeed both academically and socially. 

Position Details:

• Location: Mill Valley, California
• School Year: August 17, 2026 – June 11, 2027
• Schedule: Full-Time (32.5 hours/week)
• Daily Hours:
•   7:45 AM – 2:45 PM or
•   8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
•     (Schedules vary to provide before- and after-school coverage.)

Assignment Details:

• Multiple openings available across all elementary school sites
• Support students in General Education classrooms
• Opportunities available with: Transitional Kindergarten (TK) & Kindergarten students; 1st–5th Grade students
• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities
• Candidates must be comfortable assisting students with toileting and diapering as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to successfully complete the district's required Paraprofessional Training
• Passion for supporting elementary-aged students in an educational setting
• Comfortable assisting with personal care needs, including toileting and diapering
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation to assigned school site

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or educational setting
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to working with school staff
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success

Important Travel Information:
Please note that Mill Valley is located north of San Francisco, and some commuting routes require crossing a toll bridge. Candidates traveling from certain areas may incur bridge tolls of approximately $8–$10 each way (up to $20 per day, plus fuel costs).
