Desired Qualifications:

• Completion of at least two years of college credits from an accredited institution, or
• Possession of an associate degree or higher, or
• Passing score on an approved academic assessment (such as ParaPro, ParaPathways, or The Master Teacher), or
• Fulfillment of competencies on the MDE-approved grid
• Valid PCA certificate, or willingness to acquire one (free online; under one hour)
• Documentation of qualifications must accompany your application
• Availability to attend a mandatory orientation session, held Wednesdays at 1:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily classroom and one-on-one student support under the guidance of licensed educators
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students
• Assist with individualized education plan (IEP) implementation and classroom activities
• Support students with varying abilities, ensuring their educational and personal growth
